The keyboard parts are not in here, and keyboards
are pretty prominent in Aldo Nova's songs, but they're
pretty simple keyboard parts to figure out.
When listening to the intro riff, it's easy to think that there
is only one G5 chord, but there are two played very closely
together.
Effects NOTE: To get the tone of this song, try turning the bottom
end (low/bass control) of your amp/distortion pedal down, as the distortion is very
'trebly' and thin sounding. Also, add just a touch of chorus pedal. Typical early '80s.

Performance Notes: The song begins with an atmospheric film-like 'Prologue' comprised
of synthesizers, a helicopter sound, and laser sound FX.
When the guitar enters it has an overdriven rock guitar sound plus some long delay/echo.

Performance Notes: The song begins with an atmospheric film-like 'Prologue' comprised
of synthesizers, a helicopter sound, and laser sound FX.
When the guitar enters it has an overdriven rock guitar sound plus some long delay/echo.
A second guitar comes in for the iconic lead Melody. I included the Guitar Solo, and even
the Keyboard part during the Verses (arranged for guitar) - perfect for when you are playing
with two guitarists and no keyboard!
