Key:
b = bend
hb = half bend
qb = quarter bend
/7 = slide into
7\ = Slide out of
[2] = Harmonic half way between 2nd and 3rd frets
[3] = Harmonic just above the third fret
(9) = Ghost note
M .. etc = Palm Mute
Tp .. etc = Tremolo picking
xxxx etc = Dead notes
T = Tied note
2h4 = hammer on
4p2 = pull off

The Outro is then played on the piano and i haven't figured out the chords for that.
