Hello people. I normally don't tab out songs in english, but I wanted to
play this song. The work that was currently out there just wasn't
satisfying me. I hate unfinished or incomplete work. Which is why I
choose to write my tabs in this format. My tabs, including this one, are
always changing at least through out the first year, depending on how much
I review it. It will have a version number associated with it, and a list of
changes so you know what changes have been made since the previous time
you used it. All that being said, suggestions to changes are always welcome.

NOTE: This and all my tabs are always a work in progress. It is complete
but may most likely change as I review it further. I was a bit anxious
to submit this tab, so there definitely will be some changes in the future.
For one I need to re-align the lyrics, some notes, and when added the chords
to the timing. And I'm sure they'll be some changes to the tab itself.

This song took me about two days to complete. All I used was some youtube
videos and other versions of the song to hear some parts I couldn't hear
in the main version I used. I also used Anytune Pro+ (slows music down)
on iPad and Garageband to play along with it. The main version of the song I
used was from the album The Doors (40th Anniversary Mixes), released in 2007.

Let's move on to the explanation of the format.

Each part of the song is five seconds long, with the exception of the first
six. These "parts" I call them Sections. These will allow you to suggest a
change in a specific section. Each section has consists of 11 lines. Let's
see what each of them contain.

1. Sec0| This line will indicate the section.
2. Chords| This line contains the song chords.
3. Lyrics| This line contains the song lyrics.
4. 0:00 || This line contains the time. This song is 3min &| 32 sec long.
5. E----------------------------| Self explanatory.
6. B----------------------------| Lines 5 through 10 are the strings.
7. G----------------------------|
8. D----------------------------|
9. A----------------------------|
10. E----------------------------|
11. Line 11 serves as a spacer between each section.

Over the years I've sort of developed my own way of writing tabs. So some
characters might be different than what you're used to (I've never really had
any training on music or even reading tabs. Everything I know now developed
on what I think the tab author meant.

Characters
~ Maintain the note before this character with vibrato.

(0) Play the harmonic of the note within the parentheses.
/ Change the pitch of the note before this character towards the hi E.
\ Change the pitch of the note before this character towards the lo E.
P Pull off from the note before this character to the one after it.
H Hammer on from the note before this character to the one after it.
Sec0 Indicates which section your are in.
V.0 Indicates the Version of the tab your are viewing.
^ All aligned notes, strumming will be downwards toward the high E.

X String is played muted.
